作为埃肯业务系统的发起人之一，他十分了解丰田精益制造理论。作为埃肯多个分部的教练，同时也身为埃肯业务系统能力中心的一员，他在参与系统改善工作的同时，也培训出了公司大批的优秀员工，班组长，团队。在埃肯全球的各个分公司EBS系统的实践当中，是不可替代的领军人物。

As a coach in different Elkem divisions and later as a member of Elkem's internal EBS competence center, Magne has participated in developing the system itself, training our organization - employees, leaders and teams.
Played a leading role in driving and supporting the implementation of the system in all parts of Elkem's global organization.
