Vikings Camp: Focus on execution and performance improvement. Good at establishing simple, practical procedures and develop local organization. It has served numerous multinational companies, state owned companies and private companies within the areas of clean energy, metals, materials and autos etc. The projects involved amounted more than 5 billion RMB, with financial improvement of more than 400 million RMB. Meanwhile, Vikings Camp has helped the clients to have developed sustainable competent local team.

Vikings Enterprise: specialized in M&A, with special competence in effective communication with key decision makers and critical negotiation, creating win-win situation. The clients include multinational companies, state owned companies and private companies. The involved projects totaled 210 billion RMB by end of 2011.

Vikings Investment: the business includes private placement for targeted companies in early stage and strategic investment in selected public companies. In addition to financial investment, it also provides value to customers within the fields of operational improvement and organizational development. Vikings Investment has made nine private placement and strategic investment projects within new technology, new materials, clean energy and environmental friendly products. Two of them have done IPO successfully.
